Short articles which add value to your business

As the number of COVID-19 cases here in Australia rises, Anderson Morgan is actively taking steps to ensure the safety of our staff, our clients and the continuity of our support operations should conditions worsen.

We all understand that the situation is changing constantly and is causing uncertainty across our society. Anderson Morgan is encouraging our employees and the community to put their health and wellbeing first so that we can help prevent the spread of disease and continue to operate effectively.

We do not anticipate significant disruptions to our operations as a result of the Coronavirus as our systems (including phones) are cloud-hosted and our staff have the ability to work remotely if needed.

That said, we are inevitably facing some delays with the supply chain from our Vendors/Partners and we ask for understanding during this time.

The safety of our staff and our clients are of the utmost importance to Anderson Morgan. We are following Australian Government and World Health Organization recommendations on hygiene to prevent infection and limiting non-essential interstate and international travel.

We are also following TCCI recommendations for staff with cold or flu-like symptoms to stay at home, regardless of how minor these might be, just to ensure the safety of our staff and clients during this period of uncertainty. Common sense really, but you can’t be too careful. We are also increasing the number of staff on our service desk to ensure we can resolve as many support issues remotely as possible, and attending onsite when necessary.

Hopefully things will return to normal soon, but the Anderson Morgan team is here to help your business develop plans to get your staff working remotely and ensure business continuity should the need arise.

In the meantime, please remember these key five steps to help prevent the spread:

  1. Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough
  2. Wash your hands
  3. Don’t share personal items
  4. Clean surfaces
  5. Avoid close contact with others if you are unwell with flu

Stay safe.
